Loujen Saldo is a name that is gaining attention in the world of bodybuilding and fitness. At 28 years old, Loujen is not only a talented athlete but also a mother and entrepreneur. She is set to make her pro debut in the Women's Figure category at the NPC Showdown Orchid, which will be held at the Theatre Mediacorp in Singapore on February 25, 2023.
Loujen's journey to the pro stage has been a challenging one, but she has overcome every obstacle with dedication and perseverance. In December of 2018, Loujen who is an athlete under the flag of Team XLR8, won her pro-card for the IFBB Pro League by bagging the overall award for the women's figure category at the Shawn Rhoden Classics. She took a short break from bodybuilding to manage a new venture with her partner, husband, and coach Jayson Paningbatan, which is a Fitness Gym called Iron Fitness Gym. During this break, Loujen also gave birth to her beautiful baby girl, Lujaine, and enjoyed her new role as a mother.
For Loujen, juggling a new business venture and the joyful struggles of having a newborn were not obstacles but blessings to a life of dedication and perseverance. She now feels ready to pick up where she left off and show off her true potential on her pro debut at the NPC Showdown Orchid in Singapore.
Loujen has a diverse team behind her to support her on this highly anticipated comeback. She is joined by her partner and coach Jayson and an international coach, Branden Ray, from the U.S. This team is dedicated to helping Loujen reach her full potential and achieve her goals.
